THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Vu the Constitution;

Vu Law No. 2001/5 of 16 April 2001 on the Orientation of Higher Education;

Vu Decree No. 93/27 of 19 January 1993 to lay down general regulations governing universities, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2005/342 of 10 September 2005;

Vu Decree No. 2010/371 of 14 December 2010 to create the University of Bamenda;

Vu Decree No. 2011/45 of 8 March 2011 to organize the University of Bamenda,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The provisions of Article 49 of Decree No. 2011/45 of 8 March 2011 to organize the University of Bamenda are amended and supplemented as follows:
"ARTICLE 49 (New): (1) The University shall comprise institutions established in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
(2) The institutions shall be:
- Faculty of Arts;
- Faculty of Law and Political Science;
- Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences;
- Faculty of EducatiOn;
- Faculty of Science;
- Faculty of Health Sciences;
- College of Technology;
- Higher Institute of Commerce and Management;
- Higher Institute of Transport and Logistics;
- Higher Teachers Training College in Bambili;
- Higher Technical Teachers Training College in Bambili;
- National Higher Polytechnic Institute."

Article 2

This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Ofﬁcial Gazette in English and French.
